Our Hot Yoga sessions are 60/75 minutes and consist of a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Uniquely designed to help you build endurance, flexibility and strength, the rooms are heated to 40 degrees with 40% humidity. This encourages a more conscious and deliberate experience, helping the body to sweat off any toxins, unlocking a healthier lifestyle. Our Hot Yoga courses have been assessed and approved by numerous GPs and physiotherapists, making them suitable for people of all levels.
