Kayu Mama offers a unique hollistic treatment called sound healing. Experience deep relaxation with the healing vibrations of sound that come from different instruments such as singing, bowls and gongs, all designed to help our customers naturally heal and relax as this practice gently calms the nervous system, releases tension and restores harmony.
Guests can also join private or couples’ movement classes, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxing, Muay Thai, and breathwork. Group experiences and extended sessions are available on request, allowing visitors to design a tailored wellness journey.
