Harmony Alternative Education is a small, alternative and holistic education provider based in Berkshire, England. It supports young kids aged 5 and upward who may struggle in regular schools, whether it be too crowded or noisy, at Harmony Alternative Education we teach in small-groups to avoid any discomfort to kids and to keep it calm and peaceful.
The organisation is owned and operated by Sarah Baker and Victoria Balls, both extremely experienced educators with backgrounds in mainstream, specialist and alternative education.
The school provides individualised learning pathways, therapeutic support and practical life skills. The school covers primary education, KS3 and KS4, GCSE qualifications and post-16 education, with exam boards including AQA GCSEs, Edexcel GCSE Maths and AQA Unit Awards.
Rather than focusing purely on kids academic achievements, the school also dedicates time to support kids rebuild confidence, develop social and emotional skills, re-engage with learning and prepare for their next stage of education.
